No generic walkthroughs, no searching through outdated forums — just dedicated, hands-on support from someone who knows these systems inside and out. It's the perfect complement to our on-demand courses, giving you the tools and confidence to get up and running faster than ever.

PLEASE NOTE - YOU MUST INDICATE WHICH PLATFORM YOU WANT INSTALLED. THIS IS FOR 1 OEM ONLY.


(Note: MDARS cannot be installed on the same computer as FDRS/FJDS)


Initial Registration, Installation, Setup, and Use – $285

Guided by a Locksmith Pro Tech Support Specialist.


Requirements:

  • Stable internet connection (10 Mbps or better – test at www.speedtest.net)
  • TeamViewer installed and ready
  • Recommended: perform installation at home/shop unless using StarLink or another reliable high-speed field connection


Second Connection (if required at the vehicle):

  • At least 2 Mbps stable internet
  • TeamViewer already installed
  • Vehicle battery voltage maintained at 13+ volts (maintainer/jumper cables)
  • Laptop and all components connected and ready


Special Notes:

  • WiTech setup is typically a 2-day process; Stellantis device activation can take up to 24 hours.


Follow-Up Sessions: $125 per hour (requires prior installation and updates completed).
