Terms of Use & Student License Agreement

1. Terms

By accessing or enrolling in any course offered through Locksmith Pro Academy ("LPA" or the "School"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and Student License Agreement ("Agreement"), all applicable laws and regulations, and acknowledge that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from accessing or using this School. All materials contained in this School are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.

2. Use License

Upon enrollment, LPA grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and view the course materials solely for your own personal, non-commercial, educational use. This is a grant of license only — not a transfer of title or ownership. Under this license, you may not:

• Modify, adapt, translate, or copy any course materials, videos, handouts, or downloadable content;

• Use the materials for any commercial purpose, resale, or public display — whether commercial or non-commercial;

• Share, distribute, upload, or otherwise make course content available to any third party, including through social media, file sharing platforms, or messaging applications;

• Share your login credentials or grant account access to any other person — enrollment is for individual use only;

• Record, screenshot, or capture course videos, live sessions, or any other time-limited content without prior written consent from LPA;

• Attempt to decompile, reverse engineer, or extract any software or underlying technology used on the School’s platform;

• Remove or alter any copyright notices, watermarks, or proprietary designations from any materials; or

• Transfer, sublicense, or ‘mirror’ any materials on any other server or platform.

This license terminates automatically if you violate any of these restrictions and may be revoked by LPA at any time. Upon termination, you must immediately cease access to all course materials and destroy any downloaded content in your possession, whether in electronic or printed format.

3. Account & Access

Your enrollment grants you access to course content for the duration specified at the time of purchase (or on an ongoing basis where indicated). Access is personal and non-transferable. LPA reserves the right to suspend or terminate access without refund if account sharing or other license violations are identified. LPA may monitor access patterns and login activity for the purpose of enforcing these terms.

4. Intellectual Property

All course content — including videos, written materials, presentations, downloadable handouts, quizzes, and any other resources — is the exclusive intellectual property of Locksmith Pro Academy and/or its instructors. Enrollment does not transfer any ownership rights. The LPA name, logo, and course titles are trademarks of Automotive Keys Group. Unauthorized use of any LPA intellectual property is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

5. Disclaimer

Course materials are provided “as is.” LPA makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and disclaims all implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other rights. LPA does not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any course content. Techniques, procedures, and tools discussed in LPA courses reflect best practices at the time of recording; laws, equipment, and methods change over time and students are responsible for staying current with applicable requirements in their jurisdiction.

6. Limitations of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LPA shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use course materials, including but not limited to damages for lost profits, business interruption, or loss of data. This applies even if LPA has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties or liability for consequential damages; in those cases, the above limitations may not apply to you.

7. Revisions & Accuracy

LPA course content may include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. LPA does not warrant that materials are always accurate, complete, or current and reserves the right to modify course content at any time without notice. LPA does not guarantee that any specific content will remain available indefinitely.

8. Third-Party Links

Course materials may reference or link to third-party websites, tools, or products. LPA has not reviewed all linked sites and is not responsible for their content. The inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by LPA. Use of any linked third-party site is at the student’s own risk.

9. Modifications to These Terms

LPA may revise these Terms of Use at any time without prior notice. Continued access to or use of LPA courses following any revision constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We encourage you to review this Agreement periodically.

10. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Lake County, Illinois.
